If you would like to book appointments and request prescriptions online:

• Please drop into main reception at the surgery with personal identification in the form of a photocard driving licence or a passport.
• Once your identification is confirmed we will issue you with a username and password. The whole process should not take more than several minutes.
• Once you have your username and password please click on the SystmOnline logo below where you will then be able to login. Please then follow the instructions on the SystmOnline website for booking appointments and requesting repeat prescriptions.

  

  Please note that you will only be able to order repeat prescriptions online. You will also need to ensure that your medication review date has not expired. If you have any problems with regards to this please either book an appointment to see your usual Doctor or speak to their secretary. If you are unsure who your usual Doctor's secretary is please refer here 'Doctors'.
