Please be aware when ordering your repeat prescription, we can only issue your medication within 7 days of it becoming due. If you require an earlier prescription due to holidays etc. please inform us when ordering.
Ways to order:
Online – set-up a login to your online medical record, order your prescriptions, make/cancel appointments, view test results, message your Usual Doctor’s Secretary. Available as an app for your Smartphone as well.
Prescription Line – via voicemail, please select option 2 from the telephone options & leave your name, DOB, address & the items you require on the voicemail.
Drop-in – you can of course order your medications at either of our Reception desks, either by completing the order form on the back of your prescription or by speaking to the Receptionist.
Post – you can always post your order to us, either by completing the order form on the back of your prescription or by s ending us a separate note.
Pharmacy – All the local Pharmacies offer a service of ordering & collecting your prescription, please contact them to discuss. Please note some items are not suitable for the Pharmacy to order & we require either patients/carers to order these directly with us.
Did you Know?
We offer the Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS), this service enables us to send your prescription electronic to your chosen Pharmacy, meaning you don’t have to collect the paper version directly from us. The Pharmacy can notify you when it will be ready, please speak to your chosen Pharmacy to set this up.
All prescriptions orders take 48hrs to process & to be ready for collection, or if you have the EPS service set up, we advise patients to enquire with the Pharmacy when your items will be ready from them.
